Adjectives follow the noun

noun + adjective.

a big house

Adjectives behave like stative verbs

They can be negated and modified like verbs.

not expensive
📝 ไม่ negates the adjective like a verb

very beautiful
📝 มาก (very) follows the adjective
มาก = 'very'; follows the adjective

Intensifier placement.
