Forming the plural

Most plurals add -s

The -s is written but usually silent.

book → books
📝 +s (silent in speech)
chat → chats
cat → cats
📝 Regular -s plural
Nouns in -s, -x, -z don't change

An already-final s/x/z stays the same.
